Refunds are only offered in the the event of unsafe conditions (e.g. extreme weather or road closure) or otherwise as specifically stated in the terms of your event. Blue Ridge Bicycle Tours will make the determination in the case of weather In the event that your event is cancelled because you are unable to attend or for other reasons out of the control of Blue Ridge Bicycle Tours, a refund will not be available.
This is the default policy which may be replaced by specific terms associated with your event and/or purchase.
