Refunds are issued only in cases where Blue Ridge Bicycle Tours determines that conditions are unsafe to operate a tour, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, or other safety-related factors.
The determination of whether conditions are unsafe and whether a tour will proceed or be canceled is made solely by Blue Ridge Bicycle Tours.
If a tour is canceled due to unsafe conditions, guests will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule, depending on availability.
Refunds are not available if a guest is unable to attend a scheduled tour for personal reasons or for circumstances beyond the control of Blue Ridge Bicycle Tours, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, or schedule conflicts.
This policy represents the default refund policy. Certain tours, private events, or special offerings may have specific terms and conditions that differ from this policy. In such cases, the terms provided at the time of booking will apply.
While refunds may not be available for guest-initiated cancellations, we encourage guests to contact us as early as possible, as we may be able to offer rescheduling options when feasible.
